Houston County Development Authority
The Houston County Development Authority is a state chartered, not-for-profit entity whose focus is on enhancing the work environment of companies already located in Houston County as well as recruiting new dynamic enterprises to the community. The Authority exists to develop and promote, for the public good and general welfare, trade, commerce, industry, and employment opportunities in Houston County, Georgia. As the designated industrial development agency for Houston County, we strive to be the primary point of contact for economic development activities in Centerville, Perry, and Warner Robins as well as the unincorporated areas of the County.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all residents of Houston County through increased employment opportunities.
Board Members
A volunteer Board of Directors governs the Houston County Development Authority. The Board is comprised of seven individuals who are each appointed for 6-year terms by respective community elected officials. Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board are conducted every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 8 o’clock a.m.
